About the Intern Program

An internship with MSA at the Hanford site is an opportunity for college students to work on meaningful projects that have a unique history. These internships provide professional development opportunities for college students in a number of disciplines.

You are about to enter a rewarding world where safety is our passion and where we measure our success on the success of our customers.

We are faced with exciting, yet challenging work on the Hanford site and we look forward to introducing you to these opportunities.

Challenging work experiences are provided for students who are willing to work hard and eager to build work experience towards their degree.

The Hanford Project is located in southeastern Washington State along the scenic Columbia River. The nearby communities are known as the Tri-Cities and consist of the cities of Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco. Three rivers and nearby mountain ranges provide unlimited sporting and recreational activities. There are more than 100 parks, nine golf courses, and over 32 miles of paved biking/hiking paths in the area. It is an easy place to live and a challenging place to work.
