Interns become employees of ANR Group Inc and receive hourly compensation during the internship program.

What has Changed

  • Build a strong technical resource for future workforce, while aligning our Internship Program with the URS Internship Program.
  • Allows the WRPS Interns to participate in the URS Internship Scholarship Program (if selected).
  • Limiting selection to approximately 25 top qualified interns.
  • Our Internship Program is the compass for the intern's journey.

Passport Activities - a new tool that assigns tasks that will build on the internship experience and add value to their degree program.

Selection Criteria

  • Focus will be on junior and senior level interns in the engineering and technical degree programs, with limited selections for intern requests in the business and non-technical degrees.
  • Selection criteria will be based on:
    • Grade point average.
    • Degree program matches scope of work.
    • Previous internships.
    • Recommendations.

Qualifications and eligibility requirements

Interns accepted into the Student Internship Program must provide a copy of their unofficial transcripts or degree audit report for verification purposes.

Interns must meet the following qualifications:

  • US Citizenship
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the internship
  • Completed at least two quarters/semesters of college education prior to the internship
  • Enrolled as a full-time student (12+ credit hours) during the two quarters/semesters immediately preceding the start of the internship. *You may be required to submit an updated transcript prior to being considered for employment.
